Got it free from Amex. Love it. I often lose my keys at home. Problem solved. The phone app is set in "Tether mode" by default after the installation. In this mode the phone and beagle will make noises if they get far apart from each other. I prefer the other mode, "Find mode". In that mode all devices are quiet until I press "Find" in the phone app.

Poor app. Does not see or find any tracker. My phone Bluetooth see all 4. App finds none. Pls fix

Doesn't work very well for me. If the app isn't actually up, it doesn't detect loosing communication with the fob in tether mode, even though the app is running in the background. I'm using it on a Samsung Galaxy S7. Follow up; I gave fob to a friend with an iPhone, and it seems to work for them.

It worked fine on my previous phone. Got a new phone and the app can't find the tile. Can't tell if the issue is with the tile or the app.

Got a new phone and it doesn't connect. Can't connect through Bluetooth or the app. Unable to login, unable to register a new account, and unable to enter my email for forgot password. TERRIBLE APP!!!!!!!!
