Beam Notes

Beam is the AI platform for frontline services. Beam Notes is used by over 100,000 social and healthcare workers globally to record their meetings and produce AI-assisted case notes ready for review. Now available on your phone!

The Beam Notes mobile app works in the room, in the car, or out in the field. Built to handle background noise, diverse accents and unreliable internet (even offline!).

GET BACK A DAY A WEEK
- Hours spent on documentation add up fast.
- Beam Notes drafts assessments, case files and meeting notes in minutes, so you can focus on the people in front of them.

IMPROVE MORALE AND RETENTION
- You didn’t get into frontline services to write up notes.
- Reduce admin time by up to 60% and enjoy your career on the frontline.

DETAILED NOTES, DEEPER CONVERSATIONS
- Great casework happens in the conversation, not on the notepad.
- Stay present in meetings and deliver richer, more accurate records.

UNCOMPROMISING ON SECURITY AND SAFETY
- With ten years’ expertise managing frontline services data, we understand what’s at stake.
- SOC2 Type II audited. ISO 27001 certified. HIPAA, GDPR, APP and NHS Compliant.

Here’s how it works:
- Start a recording with just one click
- Stay present in conversation while Beam Notes transcribes in the background
- Use your phone for other things while recording – switch between emails, case management notes, photos, and more without losing your notes
- Stop the recording and head over to your Beam account to see your finished notes where you can edit, share, and finalise them.
