★★★★★ Brand-new TV and the remote control is lost. No buttons to turn it on. All hope was lost. Until, I was schooled on the BEAM app. Turned on the Bluetooth on my phone pointed it at the TV and followed the instructions. I am happy to say I am now watching Jerry Springer my hero, not! Anyway, thank you beam app for saving my marriage. Sincerely, J

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work and neither does the remote. It's weird because it was easy to pair to my TV last year and now it won't.

★★☆☆☆ This app used to work great. It no longer functions. The app must be reset in order to connect to the remote. Then, when it does, the connect button does nothing and the right arrow goes over to the blank programming screen. This has been a great remote. However, it's useless if you can't program it! You guys need to get this fixed! Otherwise, it's just a fancy paper weight.
