(now it is fine) I went to many stores and tried to pay by beam either by rewards or even pay using beam, and it ends up with embarrassment by me or the cashiers... and by the way not all stores know how to use the service. Oh and now it is not working at all !!!!

Don't link Mashreq bank credit or debit card with this app. Otherwise,
Mashreq bank will charge you extra 1.25% called dynamic currency conversion
charge...bcz it is my own experience.... If anybody using the same just
recheck your bill then u can know the hidden charges about Mashreq
bank... I change my ratings from 3 to 4 because of your cumulative reward
program. But still your app is not supporting in offline mode like Samsung
pay or Apple Pay.

Really good in terms of earning and ease of use. Only downside is that list of stores and their percentage of earning is not made available on the app. Also it can differ from one branch to another the percentage. Special T&C updates are not declared upon change (e.g. how Carrefour now offers only cashback on the first transaction, but from your 2nd transaction onwards you don't get any points).

Few months now I stopped receiving rewards for my transactions and even those that I have couldn't be redeemed! Useless!

Useless. Downloaded and tried to link my debit card but only accept 15 characters when all credit cards are issued with 16 then tried to contact customer service and guess what. A robot answering messages. Useless app, poor service support, I can't imagine the pain to contact them if something goes wrong like a fraud or money steal from my account. Wouldn't trust this app

Pathetic. I had 300 aed in my account and all of a sudden the app doesn't work. Whem I reached their support center they replied that they don't operate in the UAE. Devices are still seen in all the stores. They cheat people. Don't trust this company.
