Found this app through his YouTube channel. The workout plans are great. 3 workouts in & I've noticed more veins & pump during workouts. I hurt my neck on the very first day during the dynamic warm up (LOL). Nothing major, but I had to baby it for a few days & visit chiropractor, so I've been skipping the warm up. I feel the macro tracker needs a bigger library, as fitness pal has way more options & brands. Haven't tried any recipes yet. Overall great app. The workout plan alone is worth the money.

Even after you purchase, workouts are locked, so you can't see future workouts. App is glitchy and crashes often. I was charged for a year though I used it for a month and they won't refund

I love this app. But I have an issue and your "support" didn't exactly help. I purchased the annual subscription in March. It's now June. Three months I've had it. Last week I changed from an Apple iPhone to a Google Pixel. In doing so, I was told I cannot transfer my subscription. I also can't get refunded. I am told I have to eat 9 months of a subscription I won't be able to utilize. On top of it, I was told I have to buy a new subscription for my new phone. Doesn't seem right. Love the app tho

I'm not sold on this app. There doesn't seem to be a way to update your workouts with new exercises. It's more geared towards beginners in my opinion. The way the rest periods go is backwards. You should add your set info then rest. Not hit the rest button then enter your set. And then you lose your rest period at the end of the 3rd set. It's backwards. Not normal for tracking workouts. There are other features which I don't use like nutrition. I'd rather use my fitness plus. More robust db.
