Changed my rating. Plinth broke and paid big bucks to get a replacement, but it didn't work either. Months without hearing back from customer support. I think the company is out of business.

My son loves to play this game, but unfortunately one of the cross pieces we received has never worked. I've been trying to get a replacement for 2 years, but the company has ghosted us. If your parts work it can be really fun. If not you are out of luck because customer service is the worst. :(Such a disappointment. :(

The game is very fun but after a while it starts glitching I scan the piece anyplace, but it says it's the wrong piece, and it does not take recognition of that piece I'll change the rating to five please fix this bug.
