★★☆☆☆ Poor service from customer care and mostly not reachable by phone. I'm giving this rating today just because I was used their smartwatch for least one (beat XP Marv Neo 1.85 hd) for 11 months. If there is negative rating available then I do it. Only 1 service center only in gurgaon, haryana. Think twice before you can take call.
