This APP was easy to connect to our base and simple to use. I got it, so I could adjust our King base with my phone and my wife could use the remote. Now we both just use our phones - easier to see and use especially in the dark. Highly recommend !!

App will not get pass Location Services. Keeps saying go to Settings. Go to Settings and it shows Location is Allowed. Edit: well I tried my girls phone (Android 13) and everything went fine. For some reason with my phone I still can't get pass the initial setup at Location Services (Android 11)... updated from 1 to 4 stars

This app is a godsend. I lost my remote, and they don't make my model anymore. Which in a weird way is good as my bed has takin a licking and keeps on ticking. Longevity! Anyway, I wouldn't have been able to replace my bed. A rep did steal $75 for a replacement remote I never received, and he never refunded my $75. :(I figured he was in bad way if he stealing from customers. He needed the money more than I did.

Works great and found both of our twin XL bases easily. Only deduct from 5 stars is I can't control BOTH of the twin XL's like the physical remotes can. Or at least I can't figure it out. Perhaps support can help or add as feature request?

Useless. Can't connect no matter what I try. Just use your remote. You'd think something so expensive would have a basic app. Embarrassing.

Connected to bt6500 on 1st night. Cant discover the base thereafter. I suspect unplugging the bed and plugging it back in might help but haven't bothered, shouldn't need to for the price. Do better Bed tech.

You would think with the $ they charge for their bases they would invest in an app that actually works. Do not buy this base if you plan on using their app. The app is worthless!
