Have been a Beckman 1802 customer for YEARS, starting with the Honey & Orange Blossom line. Love the scent and how it moisturizes the skin. Decided to try the Lavender - I use Philosophy's and one from Crabtree and Evelyn that are outstanding! Always nice to add another. Very disappointed in your Body Cream - it has NO SCENT WHATSOEVER!!!! NONE! Did I receive a bad batch, or is this the norm? Can not recommend, sorry.

I receive notifications that I believe come from the app. If I click on them, they open the app, but I cannot see the notification. There is no bell or other icon to view notifications. So, pretty much you need to read all the notification from your device's drop-down, or you will totally miss out on it. Also, the app will not save your cart even if you're logged in. Definitely needs improvement.

I have been purchasing the entire line of Beckman products for years and recently wanted to make my first ever return, a $50 shampoo and conditioner set. I phoned the company with my order # and was given instructions to use the website. The company's motto is "Hassle Free Returns" so easy-peasy right? Not in the least! For the last two weeks I've been given the run around with no answers. Today I received an email: "Spread kindness, give it to a friend or charity, no refunds".
