Worst service. They are all sitting there doing nothing just stealing your money. Paid them for filing my mom's tax returns and haven't heard back anything since a week.

Iβm opening the Defiler app to register myself as a tax filer, but the app freezes on the first screen and doesnβt load further. Iβve restarted the app and my phone, but the issue is still there. Please fix this.

Worst Service Ever! I paid PKR 3500 through their agent Shazra Akbar more than two months ago, but my tax has still not been filed, and I havenβt received any refund either. Iβve called their customer service three times, but they havenβt been able to resolve anything so far. Never use their service! And if you do, make sure to pay only after the work is completed because once they receive the payment, they stop responding and turn off their number.
