Have been using them for a couple of years now for tax return. Professional service and at sweet price point. Update: 2025. Service quality has downgraded. Even after payment you get a message that consultant will do your taxes before deadline. What if I am out of country on deadline. Crickets, no response. Probably will go some place else for next year.

I’m opening the Defiler app to register myself as a tax filer, but the app freezes on the first screen and doesn’t load further. I’ve restarted the app and my phone, but the issue is still there. Please fix this.
