So far it's good. Just starting though. They have pretty good rebates or cash back deals! You do need to check before buying and submit receipt right away! I have had a lot of problems with them saying they don't recognize products on receipt (some of the receipts only had that product on them). Tried to resubmit then it usually says something wrong with receipt, so they reject it. I still like their deals on the site.

If I could add picture I could show you, they promise rebates or cash back but they NEVER and I mean NEVER, NEVER EVER ACCEPT IT OR GIVE IT TO YOU. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THERE IS NO SUPPORT JUST MORE EMPTY REJECTIONS WITH NO JUSTIFICATION. STICK WITH IBO TTA AND FETCH. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I DID. SO MUCH MONEY, WASTED BECAUSE I THOUGHT ID GET REBATES FOR ITEMS. THEY REJECTED MORE THAN 20 DIFFEREN

I don't know if other people are experiencing this. The last two receipts I try to upload won't go through. It just loads and loads. I should not be staring at a screen for five minutes waiting for it to go through. I cancel after five minutes because I don't have the patience, nor should I be waiting for over five minutes. Other apps aren't this slow. It wasn't like this when I first started.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Be frugal is a bait and switch. You can order EXACTLY as required, and they will not pay out funds as advertised. They commit fraud by advertising cash back to get you to order and then reject your claim supposedly because the store rejected the purchase. Be frugal is a fraudulent service. Don't waste your time with this service as it is a rip off. I have given Be frugal multiple chances to resolve my account. They failed to payout 7 different payouts. Fraud.
