I have had many years of excellent customer service at Beginnings Credit Union... CFCU. Friendly staff and professionalism in every aspect of banking. The new name is the only problem I have ever had with the bank, they should have had a community vote because their winner is definitely not the best choice, at least to the 10 critics I have personally spoken with. Other than the new branding, this bank will give you what you need with top-notch service!

I love this app I think it would be cooler if I could use a fingerprint like the old one but other than that I get points for spending money I have to spend anyway which is awesome and easy access, and I can keep track of things amazingly, so it's awesome

I've had accounts with CFCU for 35 years. It amazes me how the user interface gets worse with every revision. It's so bad I'm actually considering migrating/closing my accounts.

Each year CFC Us digital banking gets worse (now Beginnings Credit Union), anyone leaving 5 stars either have somehow had worse experiences or they are employed by the bank. Due to my job I do not live close by but every month in addition to my pay days now I cannot access my account and this will last several days till I write an online complaint ticket. This has turned into a laughable joke, CHOOSE ANY OTHER BANK and STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AND THIER JOKE SERVICES.
