It is so annoying when I can't get out of an ad, unless I completely leave the game, get rid of the background ap running, then have to start up all over again. Coin master is shocking with no escape from the advert

I love the game and have been playing for years. I also use My money each month to but gems etc. Lately my game freezes during the game, I lose my gems and I don't register a score. I have read many people are having this issue. I am wondering if you are going to fix this, or refund me my gems and money as I bought a faulty product?

I'm very annoyed. On bejeweled blitz, two of my rare gems, Tanzanite and the Orange House, don't know the name, are all of a sudden saying unavailable. The most frustrating thing is I'm still earning the house, and it's just adding to the number of unavailable rare gems. I also can't seem to contact anyone about this. Please fix this.

It really looks like You are making fun of people who are complaining. 3 Gems are UNAVAILABLE, the blue Fan, the Orange house and an old Red one, but you still playing Gem Masters and still asking for the Gem that's not there the blue Tanzanite. How can I play the Game when I can't access the Gem? More and more people complaing about this, but You are Ignoring it, because I never saw a reply to this how to solve the Problem, just these useless bot or AI answer.
