This app has helped me in 2024 pass my theory exam smoothly. It has an English, Dutch, and French version. You can choose which suits you the best. Unfortunately, hard copy books are not updated timely, but with this one, you can find updated information on time.

Just from an exam center. Did not pass. There were many questions (about 40%) which are not present in this app, so I wouldn't rely on it completely. Better buy a book and study the rules comprehensive. The real exam itself is not fair for the English-speaking people, since questions and answers display on Dutch, and only read in English once.

It's OK to get started, but you will not pass the theory exam if you study with this app alone... There are also some answers in the app that are plain wrong.
