Great app to catalog restaurants, the more you use it the better it gets. The ranking system is an awesome idea, and it has a great interface. It still needs some work in order to help you find new restaurants. The map sometimes only shows less than 3 restaurants per city. If it had a better list of recommendations near you or the map it would be great. Still I love to use it and have recommend it to a lot of friends, as you need to do that in order to unlock all of its functions but is fun.

Love this app! It's great for keeping track of places. My only notes are 1) when searching restaurants in Cambridge UK, the results specifically show Cambridge Massachusetts. 2) potentially more a issue than an app issue, but it's sometimes hard to choose which category to rate a Café under, especially if they serve coffee, pastries, and food. Do I list it as a restaurant, a bakery, or coffee&tea? If you could rank a place under multiple categories that might help

The app is deceitful in when they release the premium features. They say when you initially sign up that you only need to invite 1 friend, however, even after inviting one friend, I did not get access to premium features. They then tell you that you must invite 4 more friends.

Mad American-centric for no good reason - no ability to distinguish between English and American cities with the same name. Requires both a phone number and an email (to what purpose?) plus thirty other intrusive sign-in popups. Doesn't even show restaurants on a map, so you can't see if there's anywhere good near you. Just use Google Maps, it's ten times more functional.

Only works for about a dozen cities. It should show this in the info before you waste time downloading and signing up. (I had planned to use this for tokyo, a major city - but not an option.)
