The app is unresponsive and the people managing it is useless. As tenants, we are forced to use this application to move in, out, and to submit requests for whatever we need... Yet they make no effort to ensure it's working. Legally, it is not even in their jurisdiction to do what they do. I had issues moving in, issues with the access card, and when I recently renewed my contract (paid in full btw) they decided to not check the newly uploaded contract and just deactivate all of my access cards
