The app works only about 75%. Gate passes default from midnight, making short-duration passes impractical. Despite valid monthly passes, security often demands new ones, creating unnecessary trouble. Language is another issue — security speaks only Hindi, making it hard for South Indian owners or tenants. Once a flat is rented, the owner loses all app access, unlike other apps like My Gate/adda/ NoBrokerHood and cannot discuss owners problem in the app nor respond with comments to any topic.

Approval and Deny Notification has severe bugs. Initially it shows Approval button on Left bottom and Deny on Right Bottom. After a while the button swaps position. Approval on Right and Deny on Left. This leads to false Denying. Also, the response to Touch is very slow. This same issue was written as a review 1 month back by someone. And yet such a critical Bug and app performance has not improved. Not worthy of 1 star. More of an irritable dependency for residents.

Worst community management app ever. App is horrible and has shown very little signs of improvement over last 9 months. App is forced down the throats of residents of new apartment by Brigade to be used during the official maintenance period at owners expense. Usability is horrendous, performance makes me feel like throwing the smartphone away. Totally buggy and hardly has any features. Their motto is to show "Something went wrong" all the time. First step by RWA should be to throw them out
