Approval and Deny Notification has severe bugs. Initially it shows Approval button on Left bottom and Deny on Right Bottom. After a while the button swaps position. Approval on Right and Deny on Left. This leads to false Denying. Also, the response to Touch is very slow. This same issue was written as a review 1 month back by someone. And yet such a critical Bug and app performance has not improved. Not worthy of 1 star. More of an irritable dependency for residents.

The app is too slow, clumsy and unwieldy, if it manages to open without crashing. UI is atrocious-especially, the process of visitor approvals. My gate handles that part well and maybe the developers need to look at it.
