I wish the options were able to be multi-selected (ie: both a know person and a stranger, or multiple different types) and there could be an option for a range of dates for people who might not know the exact time or day. The app itself is amazing though, I'm glad it exists, and I'm glad people are able to share this kind of stuff

This app represents all our voices who went unheard. It makes victims of violence feel less alone, and it's a powerful form of protest against a system that ignores our suffering. Anyone who thinks it's just false reporting is part of the problem. Part of why this needs to exist.

It's a great app, it shows reported cases as dots and when you click on them, you can see the type of attack it was, physical harassment ect, it is all manually reported, meaning you have to make the dot inside the app for it to show. Honestly it's a fantastic idea that has been executed excellently, and it shows the violence ppl go through on a worldwide map. Highly recommend!

The idea is understandable, but the app has serious reliability and privacy concerns. Reports appear to be anonymous and unverified, yet the app claims “every dot represents a real experience.” A normal interaction could potentially be falsely reported as harassment, while users have no way to know whether an allegation is genuine. If reports are linked to people's identities or home addresses, this can also lead to doxxing, harassment, false accusations, and potentially threats.

Map is dysfunctional, really hard to pinpoint the actual address as it always shifts the location for some reason. There is also a lack of reasons for adding a point on the map. It would be more helpful if we could actually say what happened to us to warn others and to share our experiences.
