This is a complete waste app. The staff behavior is very bad and unprofessional. If we miss even one payment, the staff start shouting on the street. They also threaten by saying that if the loan is not paid, the Aadhaar card will be blocked, which is completely false and illegal. Very poor customer handling and mental harassment. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Finally please don't apply loan in this app it will affect your mental health.

Such a very, very bad behavior of their staff., when they are doing with their regular payment user so thing what they will be doing with the defaulters... Very bad experience. Don't take loan from this. क्योंकि लोन लेने के बाद अगर आप इन लोगों से एक भी चीज पूछ लोगे तो ये डायरेक्ट कहते है कि, लोन क्लास करदो, हम कोई मदद नहीं कर पाएंगे।।।

Belstar’s recent implementation of changing the EMI date without prior intimation to customers is highly disappointing. Such actions reflect poor customer service and a lack of transparency. This new rule has been implemented without customer consent or communication, which is unacceptable. We strongly urge that this rule be reconsidered or revoked in the interest of customer trust and fairness.

I paid emi's on time and clear my first loan now I can't get another loan, collection agents can't pick up my calls I can't get proper responce the worst customer service
