To change language to English, go to bottom right button (... อื่นๆ), click, then follow the setting sign. The language switch is on top :)

It took long time to download because of the app has too much data. Most promotion and news should be removed. Those data can be seen on the website. The application need to be improved.

Minus 5 stars... awful, awful app. The verification process is a joke. Please design your app better. Extra document verification doesn't work with the old physical work permits that don't have a QR code in them. How can you release something like this? The new MRT card system is also really bad, btw. Why can't we buy the cards at cashier as before? Is this new complicated process really necessary? And you need thai bank account for topup? Tourists can just queue for tokens, who cares...

I just brought MRT EMV Card with 250 Baht and officer said I can use this card now but to register before midnight. So after I got home and downloaded this Bangkok MRT app, application got crashed and auto closed every time when I click on MRT EMV option in order to register. What will happen if I can't register on time? Will my card become disabled?
