This app is literally a licensed version of the CMC markets app, it says so in the platform information. The only differences are the color of the app and that bendigo charges a $20 brokerage fee. If you like the format just change to CMC

I signed up with BID a week ago, im still waiting for my account to become active, messaging doesn't work and my local Bendigo branch can't help because Bendigo invest direct has nothing to do with the Bendigo bank.....it almost seems dodgy.

Haven't been able to open the app in months. Just comes up with an error message saying that it has stopped working. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning phone off and on again and neither has helped. Even changed phones during this time and couldn't get it to work on old phone or new phone.

I used it in the past and was great for trading, but installation doesn't work anymore and just crashes. Please... bendigo IT, fix it
