BENEVE Scanmate

Scanmate is a comprehensive barcode management application designed to streamline operations for businesses and teams. The app features two distinct interfaces: Admin and User, ensuring secure, efficient, and role-based access to your data.

For Admins: Full Control at Your Fingertips

The Admin interface provides powerful tools to manage your team and track activities with ease.

Creation & User Management: Securely create and manage user accounts without the need for a public registration process. Admins control access and credential distribution, ensuring a closed and secure system.

Activity History: Access a detailed, timestamped history of every barcode scanned by every user.

User Module: Efficient & Focused Workflow

The user interface is engineered for speed and simplicity, enabling team to perform tasks with maximum efficiency.

Mandatory Clock-In: Ensure accurate time tracking and activity logs. Users must clock in before they can begin scanning, providing a clear record of work sessions.

Barcode Scanning: Quickly and accurately scan various barcode types using your device's camera.

Personal History: Users can view the personal history of their own scanned barcodes, allowing for easy review of recent activities.

Scanmate simplifies complex workflows by eliminating public registration and centralizing user management. This secure, controlled approach makes it the ideal tool for businesses looking to enhance productivity and improve data accuracy.
