The app and the bikes have worked well for me. I actually really enjoyed using their service. However, they recently removed the zones in the western part of Prague, so it has essentially become useless for me. I won't ask for a refund because I might use it in the center of the city in an emergency, but I am quite disappointed by their recent decision.

I enjoyed using the app till recently, app became, so trash is not possible to even rely on accurate location of scooter(100 m apart). Only thing that you can rely on is that always it will have some problems, app will often say internal server error, scooters randomly disappearing from map even second before with brutal refreshing it was there, and you are right beside it. Scooters are recently mostly broken, and it's life hazard to just ride on them.

Pricing is crazy. 100 mins of moped rental cost the same as a full day car rental at other rental companies. This may be useful for rich tourists but definitely not for regular people commuting to work. Cut the prices in half and I'll give it a second thought.

DO NOT USE, I had 25-minute ride tried to end the trip and the app wouldn't allow me to end ride. I'm currently laying in bed with anxiety as the ride is saying it's being active for 3 hrs, ive contacted the number. Lines are closed.
