UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. After I accepted the cookies it opened, and then I closed the app and re-opened and got the same error again. I ha e just opened it again, and it's opened again, so it's possibly an Internet problem. I'll contact you again if it's not Internet related. I installed this especially for the accessories, but it won't open that section. It gives a http2 protocol error.

I downloaded the app and added the feet that I have for my Bernini machine. I tried to go back into the app, and now it doesn't open.

I wanted this for the accessories owned and wish list, It will not even let me sign in anymore. It says my email address is not valid. I tried a different email address, and it said the same thing. What's going on. Worthless until Fixed.

Search sucks, installation of accessory app impossible, all it is an app to sell machines. No pricing, no reviews, no way to compare machines a waste of time. I want a stupid presser foot demo, but that's too hard. This is the same company with 20k machines run by computers, so it looks like pure laziness.

This app is a waste of time and space. It's their website wrapped in a skin and called an "app" Bernini seems to have stopped wanting to innovate or even keep pace anymore. They say they do, but their actions don't match their words.
