The online bill is still not reflecting in any app neither in BESOM app. After raising complaints the only thing you hear is: we don't know when it will get fixed, servers are down etc.

@2025 UPDATE: AFTER PAYMENT THE BILL IS SHOWING STILL DUE AFTER A MONTH. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS POSTED BUT NO ACTION ONE MOST LAZY TEAM. @2020: NICE app by BESOM the bill payment system is simple and easy. The paid bill is updated within hr. They send sms immediately after a payment is made. Good work Besom ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
