First timer : I ordered three drinks for my group. Mines was a double shot of espresso with a shot of whip cream on the top. Excellent. The only problem is this is the closest location to me, it's 54 miles away. LOL. It's good to know when I'm on my way to San Diego, I can always stop here and get a great shot/cup. Usually, when I go to Better Buzz, I am satisfied with the drinks and service, but today, I was disappointed. I ordered a large but received a regular. The batista was nice enough to change it to the size I ordered, but I felt like she had just emptied out the drink into a large cup without remaking the drink. When I re-tasted the drink, the flavor was not what I usually have experience from Better Buzz. I felt like they took shortcuts and did not receive the care and service I expected.

App does not let me use my saved cards to pay. It always says payment declined. I need to keep deleting my saved card thrn re-enter my card info each time I want to order. This issue has been going on for months. Please fix.

The listed store hours in the app are wrong. The app said the store closed at 9pm, showed up tonight at 8:30pm, they were closed. Sign on the door clearly said they closed at 8pm daily. How can Google maps have better information than a first party app?
