Lobe thw app normally, but I can't exchange points for gift cards, so I uninstalled the app hoping that would work now it won't even let me log in unsure what's going on

The app now crashes immediately each time I try to open it. So can't report issues in the in-app messaging! It was very straightforward to use, and I have lots of points accumulated. Edit - thank you, a reinstallation fixed the issue!

Recommended by my work to gain points while walking, or cycling to work. Terrible app, doesn't record any walks or other activities. Think I will stick with my Google Fit app.

Tracking is hit-and-miss, started off well then didn't track for over 1 week. Tracked for 1 day and hasn't tracked since. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if helps. Missed out on extra points due to no tracking.

This app is odd. My local council are driving an initiative for people to get out walking, running and using more carbon-neutral modes of transport and for that you get rewarded with points for your activity. Sounds great however the issue isn't doing the activity it is the app. It is constantly sending me notifications, I delete them they reappear 30 seconds later. You can't use the app without notification setting turned on. The app also drains battery life.
