The app now crashes immediately each time I try to open it. So can't report issues in the in-app messaging! It was very straightforward to use, and I have lots of points accumulated. Edit - thank you, a reinstallation fixed the issue!

Lobe thw app normally, but I can't exchange points for gift cards, so I uninstalled the app hoping that would work now it won't even let me log in unsure what's going on

Used to work quite well and collected points quickly, but now I'm unable to even open the app it just crashes.

The app forces you to use high precision location in the background at all times. This has a huge impact on battery life. You can toggle location tracking on and off in the app but this should be automated or linked to Google activity tracking data.

This app is odd. My local council are driving an initiative for people to get out walking, running and using more carbon-neutral modes of transport and for that you get rewarded with points for your activity. Sounds great however the issue isn't doing the activity it is the app. It is constantly sending me notifications, I delete them they reappear 30 seconds later. You can't use the app without notification setting turned on. The app also drains battery life.

It is a sound idea but just doesn't work very well. It takes ages to confirm an activity and some activities it doesn't record at all.
