We had an appointment on 7/26. Should have been fairly simple as I just needed to get meds for an ear infection. I was told I would receive an email to pay for the prescription and have it sent out. After two days of not hearing anything, I reached out to customer service, and they said they would reach out to the vet to have it resolved. First time I download the app, I open it, it says I need to download the updated one and only gives me one button that links me to the play store to download it again. If I try to download it again, it just has the option to open it because I ALREADY have it installed. And the infinite loops repeats, the app never lets me in. I installed and reinstalled, restarted my phone a few times and just gave up. This app is useless
