Welcome to the Beyond app!

Recent changes:
- You can now easily swap out an exercise for any other!
- Now you can move a workout from one day to another in two simple clicks
- Rest timer will now only appear at the end of the superset
- Bug: fixed a bug where sound played after closing a Real Time Workout
- Bug: fixed a bug where the personalisation questions were asked every time
- Updated the Movement guide so that each session is now unique
