Very low usability, profile verification does not work, which prevents users from contacting one another which is also the main purpose of this app, I have tried countless times to verify my profile and I never got my OTP which is just very, very disappointing.

During the six years I was systemically gas lit by my neurologist/MS specialist, this app helped me hear from others who had competent and empathic providers to get a sense of what that experience is like. When I began to empower myself in spite of the grossly negligent care I was stuck with, I was shut out entirely. It is clear to me that Buzzy MS is a great support community for people otherwise receiving quality care. Advocates for those who are abused by providers are not welcome.
