Very bad experience I have never think like this I have booked a ticket from sakleshphur to Bangalore and I paid 1000 rs for lower sit for comfortable journey but the sit was already occupied, and they give me upper sit also I complain about it but no response from the staff never travelled and never booked again with this Marathi travels

I have booked ticket for Dharamshala they have dropped me at bypass of Dharamshala they said to go by bus then why do we book tickets with such money to get this kind worst service and worst driving experience. One of the worst travels I have met. Its terrible experience

Bharat hi travels if you don't have backup don't run the travel agency idiots -level travel agency idiots you don't you such a waste bus operator I have a journey from Bangalore to Hyderabad at 9:25pm that your bus driver and operator does not answer the call I have waited till 2am along with my family then also your bus didn't come and make my trip customer care Agent are not supportive 😕 this both are idiots and extra I got charged 800rs to return home
