In the previous version of BHIM SBI PAY App, for BUSINESS FOR MERCHANT, after receipt of amount through UPI, voice alert facility existed. In the present version this Facility does not exist. Please enable it. Similar Apps have this Facility, then why not BHIM SBI Pay? FinTech Companies are providing with other features such as Credit of consolidated amount as a single entry in Bank Account at the End of Day or at any specific Time in a Day. Enabling such features will attract the Merchants.

Good service. But I think you can increase 1 feature which is notification at all main link mobile as well as sub agent mobile app. So single QR code is enough. No need to different qr code. And at shop anyone device is enough. Please add that like phoneme Business app. Once see this app. I order physical QR code many times in last 2 month, but it is not received yet. Please send me it, or can I contact my branch for physical QR CODE?

It's easy to use but need two options to be added one is required reference slip to share After payments and other one when making payments to other UPI app getting error with phone number we can't able to find UPI ID to make payments if possible add this too

Since the very beginning I am trying to create a VPA, but it shows "The VPA format entered is not allowed. Please enter a valid VPA". As a result my mobile number has to be shared with everyone. It may be also noted that my_no@upi is not regarded as valid.

The UPI pin cannot be set without entering card details. So if you do not have a card for your account, you cannot use this app.

Very often the Bhim SBI pay doesn't open. Very disappointing. Cannot depend on it. It takes a lot of time to open up. At the time of login, takes time to search your location, which is absurd. Once you log in, it takes time to look up the balance which at times can be quite frustrating. It needs a lot of improvement.
