In my experience most of Spectrum's hotspots don't work. You can usually see them and sometimes connect, but you never get an IP or actually get on the internet. Therefore I was pleased to read in the Help that there is a "report a problem" link on the details page of any hotspot. The only problem is that there is no such feature implemented in this version of the app.

This WiFi Locator App Needs To Be Updated and or Upgraded! The last Update
was November 2016! Spectrum You're giving me more, and more reason to go
with A Company That Irritates The Hell Out Of Me But I See They Work Hard
On recruitment, and Equipment! I Just Don't Like Contracts Or Their
Customer Service After You Become A Customer Need To Work On Updating, and
or Upgrading Your Equipment. I Have 400mbps but get 125 or 200mbps. The
Other Company Wants Me For 1000mbps Fiber Optic which Looks Better, and
Better Everyday!
