I want to delete my account. I have to give highly private data to CS via WA, like my name, mother's name, phone number, and ID number. What if CS copies or takes photos, then sells the data? I regret registering.

Very disappointing customer service and refund process. I was charged twice for a mutual fund purchase via virtual account 9 days ago. Responses are extremely slow, there is no phone support, and I have had to explain the case and provide transaction records repeatedly. A refund was promised but has not been processed, and I keep being asked for the same documents. My funds have been held for over 10 days with no compensation. Poor handling of customer issues.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but after more than a week of failed verification attempts, I'm very disappointed. My KTP and selfie were repeatedly rejected, and customer support advised me to obtain a Digital ID through the Civil Registry. For a valid government-issued ID, this felt unreasonable and made me question the process. After repeatedly submitting my ID and selfies, I also became concerned about data security. I missed an investment opportunity because of the delay.
