Love this app, the service and the people running it. It doesn't always run perfectly but anytime I have had issues and messaged, I got a quick response and the situation is rectified immediately. If you're coming to Playa del Carmen and want to rent a bike to travel around the city look here first!

It's not that easy to ride but easy to get it with food Wi-Fi, if not it will be difficult to return, as long as you don't go over 30 min, you can use all day for 25mn each time, but you can't really go too far unless you know where all the bike racks are, I suggest you stay near 5-30 Agenda

Terrible app, and terrible business. This company will charge random charges to your card for penalties that didn't happen, out of zone charges for parking in zones and sometimes for no reason at all. After the made up charges it's cheaper to buy a bike and a lock

Terrible application, every time I use the bikes there's problem with something, Including locking bikes which means they charge you a lot when you can't lock it

Got a bunch of errors trying to set up the account, had to talk to customer service via WhatsApp. Finally got the account up and running after an hour and went to add a way to pay to account it kept erroring out so nothing would work.
