I primarily use desktop because the app interface is so unappealing. Just found out they removed bulk shipping capabilities. I don't print labels because I hand address all my orders. Without bulk shipping, it took me 20 minutes to mark all my currents orders, as opposed to the prior time of about 30 seconds to get all my customers notified and my orders organized. Sucks! Genuinely thinking of canceling my diamond subscription and looking elsewhere unless bulk shipping is returned

I was referred to Big Cartel by a fellow artist. I've been using Shopify for 1.5yrs (they went from $29 to $42 recently, and times are way too tough). This transition has been a total nightmare. It is NOT easy to just move your domain (that's $15). I still can't get it to work. Support is a joke since I can't even get notified of when they reply. (sometimes it takes HOURS) I can't send screenshots even w/full access to my phone. (No notifications on sales either) Very frustrating.

It's not showing pop up notifications when I get orders. I can only see it when I go into the big cartel app. I used to see the icon pop up on my top screen on android before the update. It doesn't recognize big cartel as an app on the latest update.

I love big cartel, however, today when I was on the app I went to put a new product on my website when I input the description, title price, and visibility, I pressed next, and it said something about things being put into the wrong format, I put a few emojis, so I thought that was the problem, removed them, and it wasn't after few more tries a gave up. Later I went to update the inventory on a product and changed it from 4 to 2 and the exact same thing happened 😅 please fix this bug it's annoying
