★★★★★ This give me a sense of pride in my community as a Big Fit Athlete. The training and coaching sets you up for success an every level. Love Louise and The Big Fit Girl community, let's change the world. Boy, these workouts keep getting better and better new content regularly always a great workout and even greater message all bodies are strong and able. Louise is fantastic, nice to see Dianne Bondy on here. Amazing app!!!!

★★★★★ Likes: love seeing trainers in larger bodies! Lots of content & variety and appreciate the inclusion of chair activities/varying levels of fitness Dislikes: music is pretty dull, wish the videos had a livelier, energetic or fun feel.

★★☆☆☆ I so, so wanted to like this app, but it felt underdeveloped. Many of the videos were repetitive - you could tell they filmed different sets and spliced them into different videos - and they were LITERALLY repetitive, with the videos repeating the set of X number of moves back to build up time. I got bored really quickly. This has the potential to be something great, but it just wasn't for me.
