Changed my life! At the end of one of the podcast they ask the guest if he had any advice for the what's an Irish thinking about getting in to the real estate market. And I'll never forget his reply. Look for a good deal, not to wait for the unicorn. Because the difference between saying I'm going to invest vs I do invest makes all the difference in the world. I'm a big fan of biggerpockets. But the app doesnt function on my phone. Every time I try to open it it force closes on me. I've waited a few months to see if the problem resolves itself but it hasn't. I always have to use the site on a browser instead.
