It's easy to get started, but much harder to opt out. In response to the reply-provide help with opting out! Update: After reaching out to Big VU's customer support via email, they promptly assisted me with canceling my subscription, which had been purchased through Google Play. Their support team was responsive, professional, and made the process easy. Because they took the time to resolve my issue and provided excellent customer service, I'm updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars.

I started using Bigvu about a month ago. It's my first foray into the world of video, and I've launched my channel on multiple platforms. Video creation with Bigvu is fairly intuitive and straightforward. The teleprompter is excellent, and it's very easy to make changes to a script on the fly. I have had some issues related to my own learning curve in using the app and some issues that are bug related. But they have great team support and are always available to help out. Highly recommended.

Why can't I import a pre-written script? Do you expect me to type the script on the keyboard on the phone? I've already got Scripts written. What's wrong with you. This is not a professional app if you can't import a script.

Don't Sign Up! Not a Free Trial! I was charged the $24.99 up front and canceled the next day DURING the so-called "3-day Free Trial". After unsubscribing, there is a statement that says there are no refunds. False advertising, false promises. Don't you dare sign up! Update: Additionally, they will make you attempt to get your refund of your subscription through Google Play, which Google Play will DENY because it doesn't fit with their refund policy. They have got an SCAM going here!!

It's an expensive teleprompter - I didn't cancel in time and am stuck with the cost. I couldn't get the eye adjustment that is supposed to help center your eyes to work, it just spools and spools and doesn't adjust your video. Not worth the 3-day trial.
