★★★★★ Ok, review adjusted to 4 stars after the company responded with my previous review of not being able to find the app. Ha, as they mentioned I had to look for "Spend&Expense" which works. The app icon says BILL and I guess that is what they think people will look for rather than a searchable name of the company. I'd give 5 stars if the app naming was fixed to ecompess BILL in the actual name. Thanks for the help BILL app team.

★★★★★ So easy to use and track business experiences. I work with maintenance crews, and they got the hang of it very quick.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to just take a picture of the receipt it kicks me off of the app. The only way to get it to upload is to take a picture of the receipt before I open the app and then upload from my library.

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst authentication experience I've had with any platform. For whatever reason, you can't log in with your current password once you are logged out. You must have your password reset EVERY time. Then comes the next issue. I never receive the forgot password emails until I go through some hoops to talk to customer service... every time. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time just trying to stay logged in. I recommend you try other similar apps first before this one.

★★☆☆☆ Well every time I open the app just to check a balance accept my password, and it won't send me a password reset I can only get into my account when I use the debit card. Your customer service sends a reset password assistance, but it never goes through ever
