So Bill shark will negotiate on a bill for you to get it lowered a little bit... but then whatever money you look forward to saving from the lower payment on that negotiated bill, you end up giving to Bill shark for fees they charge to negotiate aforementioned bill. 🤣 Only Bill shark benefits from this little runaround scam. Stupid waste of my time, don't waste yours. *Positive reviews must be fake, that or the reviewers are about as sharp as a ping pong ball. 🏓

Great concept, but outrageous fees. They will negotiate a bill for you and then charge their fee to you without prior approval. They should inform you first. If they get a $100 bill down to $96 but charge 10% of the original bill, it actually costs more. They don't bother asking if you want to accept the offer, they just do it without consulting you first. SCAM!!
