The previous application worked fine, but when I opened it today for top-up, my account was removed, and I couldn't log in (even though I had OTP many times). I don't know if this is some kind of bug or anything else, and what's quite annoying is, it affects my experience in using Tri.

Why does the app load slowly when the connection is good? Also stop spamming promotions on the SMS, it's grating. My internet quota is enough, and you kept sending the same message over and over, sometimes 15 times a day
