BimmerLink for BMW and MINI

★★★★★ Great app! Diagnoses bmw codes and data very well. I would love if the developers could Integrate this app into a launcher that looked a little more OEM like the I-Bus I drive launcher.

★★★★★ Nice app. (If buying for a new battery)Only buy this if you have to register a battery but not code it. $50 mistake. Had to buy bimmercode also to be able to code a new style battery. Wife was thrilled lol

★★★★★ Used to reset the bulb short counter on M135i 2014 after fitting LED rear indicators. Worth the cost just for that feature

★★☆☆☆ Used to work great on my f30 with a Thor Wi-Fi adapter. Now I try to use the app and am told that the Thor dongle is not compatible with f30 cars??? Yet that same adapter works with xHP flash tool, so I can flash my transmission with Thor, but not get diagnostics... Makes sense. Not to mention the cost, this needs to be fixed.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't really help with recoding, it is as poorly useful as bimmercode, app that does not really code the vehicle in any ways, but only creates a way people can think they are coding something on their cars, such as personalized speed of mirrors opening etc. It does restart the ECU when coding certain items, but in reality is not really coding, but switching on and off some parameters/switches. £66.00 pounds for both apps that can be saved honestly, these apps are not coding apps.

★★☆☆☆ App costs $44 to use any of the features, but they don't disclose this price upfront on the app store page. They hide the cost by making it an in-app purchase that you have to click yes to do anything useful. I regretted purchasing after trying it (it's slow and not very useful) but Play Store refused to refund.
