It's great I no what bins and when they will be emptied

The app worked well until recently, but for the last few weeks it has been updating every time I open it and now the reminders have skipped over the entire month of May. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and changing councils to refresh the data, but it has made no difference. I also tried adding my own reminders, but it wipes them as it updates every time I open it. It's now useless. What a shame. Edit - this issue has now been fixed, and the app is working again.

Worst app ever. Hardly ever works. Doesn't let you see collection dates and which bin. Reminders never work. Waste of time and taxpayers money

Constantly need to re-enter the same information. It can't even remember my address! Applies to Ards & ND - e.g. after giving the app my address I am asked for it again to get the bin collection day.

Updates collections every time I open it. Now skipped May altogether. All bins same week!!! What did u do to it used to be reliable? Going to try to uninstall & reinstall.

It will work in council yard but nowhere else just tells me to change council. I have tried with several android phones and tablets all same error. there are 2 options of app. Mid-ulster council and Northern Ireland versions...tried both and both give same error....it says skip intro... I tap that... then it hovers and sorry data download????etc. then says change council... but nothing else happens no matter what I tap....just stays on that screen...
