I like it. Like some others, I initially learned how to solve them by clicking around. Soon, I memorized what each combination does (for octal and hex) and then I saw the pattern. Then I had to truly learn how it functioned when I got to decimal. Decimal is, by far, the hardest conversion. You will have to do a lot of math in your head, but you'll soon learn how to solve it, and you'll get really good at adding up numbers in your head.
