What this is
A full sound library for sleep, focus, and a quieter head, with the freedom to build your own. You get over 100 ready-made binaural beats, dozens of ambient sounds that run from rain to brown noise, guided breathwork, and a set of Solfeggio frequencies. Layer a beat under a few sounds, each at its own volume, until a room sounds the way you want, then save it as your own mix. It plays in the background and offline, so it fits a real night and a real desk. No play button to hunt for. Tap a sound and it starts.

What binaural beats actually are
They are simply two slightly different tones playing one per ear, and your brain hears a third beat, the difference between them. Hold that difference steady and your brainwaves tend to settle into it. A steady sound on a noisy room makes sudden noises stop standing out. A steady pulse can do the same inside your head, giving a busy mind one even thing to follow. Because each ear must hear a different tone, binaural beats need headphones. We make no claims beyond that.

For sleep, focus, and meditation
A silent room is rarely silent. The door, the passing car, the voice down the hall, each one loud against nothing. The same intrusion that wakes you up also breaks a focus block and pulls you out of meditation. Lay a steady sound underneath and those edges disappear. For sleep, choose a Delta or Theta brainwave beat, layer in brown noise or rain, and set the fade-out timer so it drifts off as you do. For focus or meditation, hold that steady layer as long as you like. No headphones? Use an ambient sound or an isochronic track through any speaker.

No headphones? Use isochronic tones
Binaural beats need two ears. Isochronic tones do not. They pulse a single tone on and off, so they work through any speaker.

The sound library, and your own creations
Over 100 ready-made binaural beats, plus dozens of ambient and nature sounds: rain, ocean, fire, thunder, wind, and brown noise, pink noise, and white noise. Layer any of them under a beat, or under a meditation or breathwork practice you keep. You can also build unlimited custom brainwave beats, stack them into mixes, and chain them into your own brainwave playlists, say 20 minutes of Theta into 40 of Delta at night.

Solfeggio frequencies
The full set is here: 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, and 963 Hz. Play them on their own or under a binaural beat.

Guided breathwork
Box breathing, 4-7-8, and many other options. A few rounds for relaxation before a focus session, or before sleep, often helps.

Background and offline
Keep listening with the screen off, while you use other apps, offline. Control it all from the media notification. Play, pause, or swipe to close.

If it allowed more customization, like allowing one to create programs where you could have a set of different frequencies run over a timescale kinda like min droid allows and if the user interface was a little less clunky it would get 5 stars. If they had an all tab with all the frequencies and a button you could click to categorize based on carrier tone or frequency it would be easier to navigate.

Amazing variety of frequencies, many creative ambient sounds.a library to save sessions.beats I've never found anywhere else, several spiritual presets. Unfortunately for me, on two occasions the app didn't open. Instead a message saying something went wrong, and I needed to uninstall then reinstall.so my library was deleted both times.that issue alone is why I've given it two stars

It's really annoying the custom beat selection! I'm talking about having to select very carefully the carrier frequency or the brainwave, the exact one I want to get, it'd be better to have something that'd allow me to just type the carrier frequency or the brainwave and that's it

Session timing is defective. Do not use this app if you want to program your own 8-hour sleep session, you end up with the session waking you up and ending at 6.5 hours. Horrible app.
