Each campaign consists of nine cases with four different difficulty levels and the new adaptive AI system provides hours of gameplay with great replay value.
NEW SKILLS SYSTEM The all new skills system enables players to earn skills point and spend those towards upgrading skills that best fits their gameplay. Upgraded skills are persistent through all game modes.
SIDE QUESTS While playing the campaign mode, players can decide to alter their strategy to complete one or many of the 41 included side quests. Completing side quest entitle players to hefty rewards!
WORLD TOURNAMENTS Each week, the game will unveil a new world map to conquer with cases for Death and Life to be completed. Accumulate a winning streak, use your skills carefully and contest the title of best Doctor of Medicine. In exchange for you hard work, you will be compensated with rewards and pride.

Enjoyed it very much! Was funny playing both Doctor and Death, my favorite was Death. I hope there are more diseases to treat and death to cause later in the updates. It is funny to see what else we push to or try to prevent. 10/10 The only problem was that was sometimes slow and would freeze.

Lags about 95% of the time the other 5% is when it lets you spend your stamina and start the game and then proceeds to lag and kick me out so don't know how to play a game that doesn't want you to play.

This game is how to guide for amazing pc game into an absolutely worse mobile game for pc, with ton of paid feature and absolute bad game balance, you have limited stamina based generation to play game, and need coins to literally get the buff that required to beat severe or above, not to mention having daily limit to use. You also literally required to upgrade it to get more daily limit and stronger buff, both ruining the point of buff and balance all together.

This game used to be amazing. Honestly it used to be one of my favorites, and then it was either sold or you guys got greedy. Now it's completely changed littered with ads and also energy, so you're limited to how much you can do. Which I'm sure if I had waited long enough would have had a microtransaction to get me more Dead game to me
