The app is very very very slow running. How can I do trading. Total asset showing zero, how can I do transaction if I want to do transaction buy and sell. This app is new edition and the old one is not different. Very slow and sometimes can't be opened.

Costumer service slow response and difficult to reach if I have a problem in app. The app slow response amd loading many times this app makes me difficult many times and make me not happy
