Uninstalled then reinstalled the latest updatef version of the app. The app is responsive now and the firmware update also reduced the device warm up time.

I was very happy to discover the Biosense device. I needed a way to monitor my level of ketosis as I learned to adapt to a ketogenic diet and lifestyle. Tracking the beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) in the blood meant numerous blood draws throughout the day, which I was not inclined to do. When I heard that there was a device that could read a different type of ketone, acetone, just via the breath, and that its accuracy had passed clinical review, and that the measurements related to my body's level of ketosis - I was elated. I no longer needed the invasive and relatively expensive testing on a blood ketone meter. Admittedly, there were a few hiccups as the Biosense team made programming adjustments to the software, but customer service was great - very responsive and understanding. And since that time, I have felt gratitude for the President of the company and his staff for helping me in my health journey. I felt their sincere caring for peoples' health and well-being in the development of the Biosense device. And it works great! Thank you.

Great app! Let's me track my ketone levels all day. I've been learning about the goal ring and Ketone Score and that's been a really nice feature. No glitches yet. I recommend!

ABSOLUTE DIASTER The previous version was so so. It wasn't pretty but it did get the job done. I've never seen an update be so horrible. They should let us use the old app if we want to while they work on this one. There must have been zero beta testing. There's just too many things to mention. I don't know if I should try to discuss this with the developer here or through email. But if you're thinking about purchasing a Biosense device, hold off until they get this app fixed.

Hardware is terrific (using over a year). Previous app was reasonable. New version is literally awful...what were they thinking? The app has only one job to do: show reading history. Simple. New app attempts to do everything except this. Weight tracking, fasting, groovy charts, videos, etc. I suspect social media is next. Other apps can do this for me. Just do your job, please. Make a 2nd, companion app if you want, but stop this maddness.

The program only intermitantly responds to the Ketone breath device and even then the only response is a Grey circle turns blue. The app does not record the actual Ketone lavel number! Also, the expensive Ketone breath device no longer works after 6 months!

Been using the device and app for about a month. This morn all of a sudden the app prompted me to register and had lost all of my data. No, I didn't update the app or my phone.

Dropping my original 5 star to a 2. Highly disappointed in the new app update. When I originally got the device the app was fluid and informative. I loved both. After I few months of non use...I return to see the app has completely changed for the worse. If I hadn't seen the original one...I'd be absolutely lost with using thr device. Seriously guys BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION OF THE APP
