I want to make an early payment but can't, why bloody not, it asks me to set up a direct debit when clicking on payments, I don't like direct debits and don't use them on any of my cards as I like to pay things off early, why can't I make a bloody payment, wot a joke, HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AS I USED THE HELP SECTION IN THE APP AND GOT MY PROBLEM RESOLVED VERY QUICKLY, virtual assistant to begin with was a bloody joke but once I got a human helping it was resolved very quickly

I would Not recommend Bip. It's Very Poor. It would not Accept my application and I have a Good cried Score on Experian. Uninstall the App.

I've not been able to get into this app for ages, every time I try and log in it says oops something went wrong 😞

Customer service is terrible, I had a refund, and they hold the money for 3 4 months and when finally gets back to the account they take it back after 3 days, also they put a hold on my account saying I requested, and the card was blocked even if I did my payments on time. Reply : I contact bip customer service 50 times and on one occasions they hang up in middle of the conversation, eventually i faird up and I closed the account. Good luck with your cowboy company.
